Our client company was founded in Orlando over sixty years ago and began with just the founder and two employees. They manufactured concrete block three days a week and delivered block three days a week depending on demand. The founder’s spouse was technically a fourth employee, but she was not on the payroll. She would spend Florida days without air conditioning, sitting in her car doing the bookkeeping because they had no office. As time went on, they conservatively grew their business from one plant to five plants under a single roof. This successful team worked together for over fifty-two years. Now, the company is managed by the third generation of the family with two other locations besides Orlando.

The company has an immediate need for several Dispatchers based out of their Orlando location. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:

• Strong knowledge of the local geography
• Prior experience as a dispatcher a major plus
• Able to work up to 60 hours week with some Saturdays
• Initial hours will be 5AM to 5-6PM until they able to manage all aspects of the job. Will then move to a rolling, alternating schedule of 9 to 10 hours a day like an 8AM-6PM or 5AM to 3PM.

• Must be well-organized with good communication skills

• Able to function well under stress
• Can pass a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual is a major plus
